Coming in 2026: Our Workforce Development Program
 

Launching in 2026, we are building our Workforce Development Program from the view of establishing long-lasting impact on Hartford. The program will focus on equipping individuals with the skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving job market. By partnering with local organizations, we will create pathways for job training, career advancement, and economic mobility.
 

Key elements being developed for the Workforce Development Program:

• Skills-Based Training: We will offer training in advanced tech skills, manufacturing, AI, and consumer product goods (CPG) to prepare participants for in-demand careers
   

• Support for Underemployed and Re-entry: We will work with individuals who are underemployed or re-entering the workforce, offering stipends, career support, and access to employment opportunities.
   

• Integration with Startups: Startup founders will receive training on integrating workforce development into their business models, supporting the local economy and creating a sustainable job pipeline.
   

• Economic Mobility for Hartford: Our program will help bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, fostering a stronger, more inclusive workforce in Hartford.
